We will collaborate with you on your projects. You tell us when you want to start. Then, we assign tasks in order to complete your project. Then, we define how long it will take. If you want to assign specific people or equipment or materials, we define each element of your project.

Next, we define dependencies. For example, if you are building a house, you will start by designing the house, next you will obtain permits. Next, you will need to dig a hole (if you are putting in a basement), then you will pour a foundation, then you will put up walls, finally, you will install a roof.

Electrical, plumbing and sewer will be performed only after the roof is on the building (ordinarily).

Using Project Management - you can capture durations (how long each task will take), how long the entire project will take, how much it will cost, etc.

If a task takes longer, we adjust one item and the entire project is extended. The same is true if the task is completed sooner than expected.
